Marketing is the profession I chose the school. Yes, I am one of the few people who actually work in the field she studied in school!
Why I chose marketing? Why do I still love after 21 years?
Here are 10 reasons I Love Marketing.
(1) is never boring. No two days are ever the same. Because no two projects are always the same. And because no two clients still the same. So even if I do the same task there are always enough variables to the interesting.
(2) It's creative. Marketing is about ideas. It's about creating ways to provide more increasingly sell. It is a creative industry, filled creative, idea-generating people. And I LOVE to create!
(3), I get to learn about all types of businesses. During last 21 years I created and implemented marketing plans for clients in every industry imaginable. I've marketed fitness, new cars, new houses, selling houses, newspapers, websites, hotels, restaurants, products, and the list goes on. In the process, I get to learn about each of these companies and it's fascinating.
(4) This is writing and I love to write. Writing is one of my favorites creative outlets. To have the opportunity to do every day in their work is pure joy!
(5) It enables me to have my own business. When I decided that I wanted to be more at home with their children, I was able to successfully open my own business, because I knew how to market. And it continues to allow me to successfully open new business activities.
(6) It is suitable for independent and separate works. Marketing is not just something you can do 9 to 5 jobs. There are many external and independent employment opportunities available. Because of this I was able to easily switch from full-time – labor market for their own business.
(7) I can meet all kinds of interesting people. From clients to the media, the manufacturing vendors, partners, respondents to podcast, I had the opportunity to meet so many interesting people in the last 21 years. And I will continue to meet new, every day. It's super!
(8) It's constantly changing, so it keeps me on my toes. It seems that they are always inventing new ways to market. In the last two years alone, I had to completely learn about Internet Marketing, Blogging and Podcasting – Things which I knew nothing about before. I tell you that my brain still young!
(9) There are so aspects of marketing career. Over the last 21 years, I worked in advertising agencies in manufacturing, media and account services. I was director of marketing at the client side. I've run my own virtual marketing agency, DLC Marketing. And I had the opportunity to create and build 10stepmarketing, Twin connection and now 6FigureWorkAtHomeMom.
(10) helped me and for the last 21 years! Although I admit I did a lot of my first few years of college (talk about living peanuts!), for the most part, Marketing has allowed me to make a good living doing work I like.
And what about you? Love what you do? If not, it's not you took the time your enthusiasm and monitor it. Make sure that your marketing a step in that week.

Photography $109.33 For one or two semester courses in the History of Photography. Mary Warner Marien has constructed a richer and more kaleidoscopic account of the history of photography than has previously been available. Her comprehensive survey shows compellingly how photography has sharpened, if not altered forever, our perception of the world. The book was written to introduce students to photography. It does not require that students possess any technical know-how and can be taught without referring to techniques in photography. Incorporating the latest research and international uses of photography, the text surveys the history of photography in such a way that students can gauge the medium’’s long-term multifold developments and see the historical and intellectual contexts in which photographers lived and worked. It also provides a unique focus on contemporary photo-based work and electronic media. |
