help photoshop hand
When I open photoshop freezes the hand tool and I can not use any of the other instruments. Why?
Read I thought when I use photoshop so I am close to some brousers but I tried to close all other pages which photoshop is open just one, but nothing. Help please.
Did this problem happen again and again? If so, then I recommend upgrading the RAM and processor. Another option is to reduce the size (resize) images from the first into another application such as ACDSee or IrfanView (free version). Hope to help.
