What are the video / type of jobs as a photographer in the army?

So I have a current college student, and was wonder what kind of video / photo work there are in the army. I think I saw something the navy and the army. There any other branches that offer this type of position?

The Air Force's called public things because photographers merged with career PA. Other services (including Coast Guard), still considered a "photographer" is a Course / MOS for now. Do missions and combat documentation, but also ceremonies, retirements and so on. Air has a unit (and I imagine other services too) called "Combat Camera," which I am currently now has to Charleston AFB. They are exactly what sounded like running through a fire-fight combat zone shoot cameras instead of weapons. When you are deploying, they are learning and preparing for further use. All five branches (CG included) go the common school in Ft. Meade called Defense Information School (DINFOS), where they train together. Camera unit to continue the fight against the training once reach their workplaces. Video is more or less the same deal, only the Air Force, which is not associated with PP, but still work closely with them.

Most people, upon hearing gunfire, would run away and hide. Conflict photojournalists have the opposite reaction: they actually look for trouble, and when they find it, get as close as possible and stand up to get the best shot. This thirst for the shot and the seeming nonchalance to the risks entailed earned Greg Marinovich, Joao Silva, Ken Oosterbroek, and Kevin Carter the moniker of the Bang-Ba…
